2. Control the dust production of process equipment and process:
The process equipment in the purification workshop should be made of fine materials, smooth and wear-resistant. The rotating and sliding parts are particularly important, so as to reduce wear and dust production as much as possible. For those dust-producing processes, they should be closed or enclosed as far as possible, and supplemented by exhaust air, so as to form a local range of negative pressure relative to the dust-free room, so as to limit the diffusion of pollutants to other areas of the dust-free room. It is necessary to clean and wipe the indoor machinery and equipment regularly, and it is also an effective measure to reduce the second flying of dust.
3. Pressure difference in different levels of phase workshops:
The main method to prevent the spread of pollution from adjacent areas with low cleanliness to the purification workshop is to maintain an appropriate positive pressure value in the high cleanliness area relative to the low cleanliness area, the low cleanliness area relative to the service area, and the service area relative to the outdoor area. Depending on the situation, the positive pressure value of adjacent rooms at different levels is about 5pA-10pa. Let different levels of cleanliness of the room to maintain echelon pressure difference, the purpose is that when the room door is closed, the air flow through the gap is from the high level clean workshop to the low level clean workshop, from the low level clean room to the corridor and service area, and then to the outdoor.
4. Filtration of air supply in purification workshop:
The end device of air supply system of air conditioning in purification workshop -- high efficiency air filter or ultra efficient air filter can effectively filter the particulate pollutants in fresh air and return air treated by air conditioning unit under normal circumstances. The clean air processed by the HEPA filter is sent into the room, which can effectively displace and dilute the indoor pollutants to maintain the indoor cleanliness. But if the final filter is damaged or the seal between the filter and the supporting frame appears cracks, and the air tightness fails, then the air filtered by the HEPA filter may carry a large number of pollution particles into the room and diffuse with the airflow, and the harm affects a large range.
