1. During the warranty period of the equipment, we guarantee the quality of the products with three guarantees, free maintenance or replacement. During the service life of the equipment, we guarantee to supply the equipment parts and wearing parts you need in time and at a preferential rate.
2. Arrive at the fault site as soon as possible and troubleshoot the fault within 12 hours after receiving the fault repair notice from the user. In the warranty period to provide free on-site maintenance and technical support services, to ensure long-term quality service, regular routine inspection and lifelong maintenance services. Warranty personnel shall fill in the Warranty Certification Form of Construction and Installation Engineering in written form for the operation of each item and equipment after the maintenance is completed, and send the Warranty Certification Form of Construction and Installation Engineering to the user service department after the user signs to confirm that the maintenance is qualified. The maintenance task is completed.
